Returns for any reason are accepted if the return request is received with 21 days of purchase. Please use the 'contact' page to arrange a return. 


Items must be in un-used, resale-able condition to be accepted for a replacement or a refund. This will be processed once the returned items have been received and their condition checked. Unfortunately the cost of return postage cannot be covered. 


In the case of faulty goods a full refund will be arranged: please get in touch immediately via the 'contact' page and we will sort this out.
